Photos are available in a variety of sizes and finishes. Standard prints typically have a matte finish. A special metallic finish is also available but these finishes are very easily damaged and require very careful handling. For colorful prints, the metallic finish is very attractive and gives the photos an almost 3D quality.

Matte finish prints work for all prints. The metallic finish tends to make bright areas even brighter and dark areas even darker. I attempt to correct for these by reducing the dynamic range of photos for metallic print and I also inform you when a print is not suitable for metallic finish if you order one and request that finish. Metallic finishes are also more expensive than matte or glossy prints.

All prints will be protected in a vinyl sleeve and all but the 8x10 and smaller prints should be mounted on a protective board backing to prevent denting and bending of the photos. All quoted prices are for matte or glossy finish and include the board backing for prints 11x14 or larger. Prices are $2.00 less per print without boards, but the larger prints are very difficult to handle without damaging unless they are mounted on this board backing.
